HOW TO APPLY

Application Forms must be filled on-line. Please read the procedure and other details given below and click on I Agree to get the On-line Application Form.

PROCEDURE

• When you fill up the application form correctly and submit it, you will be displayed the printable application form on the screen. Kindly take a print out of your application form. A unique reference number printed on the application form to be noted for all future communication regarding this application. You are also required to prepare photocopies of the following documents.

a) School Leaving Certificate
b) Mark Sheet of Class X Board Exam
c) Character Certificate
d) Prelim Exam Report Card

•  Students Opting for Computer Science will have to appear for a logic based aptitude test, if they have not opted for it at the Board Exam.
• After completion of the above, you are required to visit the Admission Office on the dates given below (refer – Summary of Application procedure with dates).

     Rs.500/- is to be paid for the application process. At this time you will be required to bring the following :

1) Print out of the Application Form

2) All the attested photocopies and its original documents, without this the form will not be considered.

• Please note that submission of Application form and payment of Application Fee does not guarantee admission or even being short- listed.
• The Admission Committee decision, favourable or otherwise, is final and binding. After announcement of admission results, it would not be possible to grant an appointment for special considerations. Parents co-operation and understanding in this regard will be appreciated.

• NO DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. NOR DO WE HAVE ANY AGENTS OR MIDDLEMEN. NO GIFTS OR FLOWERS EITHER.

SUMMARY OF APPLICATION PROCEDURE WITH DATES

• Filling in of application form on-line-   22nd May 2012, 10 am to 24th May 2012.
• Payment of Rs. 500/- as Application Fee and Submission of Documents (Photo copies attested by a gazetted officer) at the school office from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on  25th & 26th  May 2012 .
• The entrance test for the students opting for Computer Science will be held on  28th May 2012.
• Meeting with short-listed candidates and their parents on 29th, 30th & 31st May 2012.
• Final list of candidates will be announced  on  4th June 2012.

Since the students studying in Std XI have already been registered for ISC- Std XII Examination to be held in March 2013, there will be no new admissions for Std XII in June 2012.

   On these photocopies you need to mention your unique reference number.

Rs.200/- is to be paid for the application process.

At this time you also need to bring the following :

Should there be any discrepancies, your application will not be processed.
