The Sesquicentennial celebrations of the School culminated with a thanksgiving service on the 23rd of December, 2016 at St. Mary’s Church. The service began with a prayer led by the key celebrants and included intercessory prayers, readings and songs of worship by the School Choir. The key speaker for the evening Mr.L.T. Jeyachandran spoke about the relevance and significance of Christ’s coming to earth.
This was followed by a procession of music and song towards the School chapel. A brief Thanksgiving at the Chapel and then the audience proceeded to the School grounds to enjoy a round of carols sung by the Boys and the Girls. The festivities concluded with a prayer by Father Misquitta.
