CONTINUED TEXT OF ADMISSION PROCEDURE

• You are requested to fill and submit the application form online. Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for accessing the form.
• Upload the documents as requested while filling in the online form. The following documents have to be uploaded:
  • Aadhaar of the student (file size 100 kb)
  • Birth certificate of the student (file size 500 kb)
  • You are also required to bring the original documents as mentioned below, along with attested photocopies, when called for verification. Candidates will be intimated by email.
    • Report Card of Class IX
    • Two passport sized photographs of the student
    • Student’s Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  Please note that the file size limits, during uploads, have to be followed for the form to be successfully submitted. Only .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .pdf files are allowed.

• Please note that only the application forms filled online are accepted. Other forms will be rejected.
• The pdf of the form that is provided to you will contain a bar coded unique reference number. Please make a note of this number, as this will be your reference number for all future communications.
• Please note that the application form will be valid only if original documents are produced along with attested photocopies at the time of verification.
• St. Mary’s School is an Anglo-Indian, Private, Unaided, Minority School and the School provides a fair method of student selection.
• THE MAIL FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS AND THE FINAL RESULT WILL BE INTIMATED BY EMAIL ONLY. SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL BE GIVEN PROVISIONAL ADMISSION AND THE ADMISSION WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER THE DECLARATION OF ICSE BOARD EXAMINATION RESULTS.
• SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN EMAIL FOR VERIFICATION OR ADMISSION TO THE SCHOOL. NO DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY MIDDLEMEN OR AGENTS.
