TEACHERS’ DAY 2017
Every year, the Class 10 boys put up an assembly for all the teachers on account of Teachers’ Day, and this year was no different.
The event started with a small prayer, thanking God for all teachers, and asking him to protect them and bestow his blessings upon them. After singing a hymn, the boys played videos of various ex-students thanking their teachers. A few boys sang a special song, and the assembly ended with a video, portraying the extent to which teachers toil for their students to achieve their goals, and how we don’t realise this until we pass out of school.
We celebrate Teachers’ Day on Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday, to commemorate all the teachers in the world for their contributions to society. Without these teachers, society wouldn’t have been as developed as it is today. Thank you teachers!
